But if you’re able to identify people that are faithful in those communities already, and you’re in an affluent church outside and you’re looking in and saying, how do we effectively support that, provide encouragement, resources, training, time, prayer, fellowship. . . . Find partnerships there based on the gospel and really take advantage of those.
